Many people feel they serajin-trained diligently shoulder, but still no visible changes in the shoulder. Others may also feel to train the shoulder is boring or time consuming.
But, I think the shoulder exercises can be wonderful and fun and makes our shoulders look very good and sturdy. I also understand that each person is different and may exercise that I would give might affect only some people who read this. But as long as we want to try, what harm?
Shoulders Why Important?
Shoulder is very important to build a perfect body. Not only when you do biceps pose, but also when you just stand will also be used to look great. Also, if you grew up next to the shoulders in line with the biceps, then your arms will look bigger and formed.
Shoulders
As we know, our shoulder has three parts, namely, front, rear and side. The question is which part targeted to be trained in order to get a broad shoulders and what exercises to use. For me, my shoulders are always able to grow well, but for others, may need a little more effort. Now I get a great shoulder of the front train my shoulders hard. I remain firm, especially at a standard practice, military press.
As a practice of many parts of the muscle (compound exercise), military press is very good to increase the size of the shoulder and I believe this can not be replaced with another practice. I do about military press 4-5 sets of 12 reps and my shoulders bigger extraordinary. Once again, it's me.
However, I never felt my deltoid sore the day after the exercise. Perhaps now you wonder, what exercises I do for the rest of my shoulder. I usually do lateral raises 2 sets of 8-10 reps with and to do my rear deltoid lateral raises flying down.
